Here are the right steps to take if your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Certificate of National Service gets missing or stolen.
Many thing happen that are out of control, and it is part of life. I know no one would after the rigour of one year youth service would love to lose their NYSC discharge certificate, but things happen in Life.

In the case of loss of Certificate of National Service, the following steps below are to be taken;
1. Get a Police Extract/Report
2. Get a Court Affidavit to back you up.
3. Get a Letter of Introduction from where you were discharged i.e. State of Service
4. You can also get a copy of the lost Certificate
